The splendid twilight of the madrigal in Venice contemplates music by Claudio Monteverdi, Biagio Marini, Giovanni Valentini, Alessandro Grandi, Giovanni Rovetta…all great composers who honor the last season by developing that union between word, singing and music rich in affection, typical of the madrigal concert. The Accademia d’Arcadia combines historical research and musical performance with a team of leading musicians and instrumentalists. In this case it faces the composers of the last season of the madrigal.
